When you come for your initial tour, we ask that you do not bring your child(ren) with you. You will be given a tour of the school and observe the classrooms through observation windows. It is a very informative time for the adults who are evaluating the school, but not much fun for young children, as it is designed as an adult activity. During this tour, our goal is to explain our program to you and answer all your questions regarding our curriculum and various procedures.
When you have completed your tour, you will be given a copy of our Application Form together with a sample Contract. Should you decide you want to make application, you merely complete the Application Form and submit it together with a non-refundable Application Fee of $50.00. Kindergarten Students: Upon submission of application, students applying for a Kindergarten space may be requested to take an entrance evaluation, including a Kindergarten Readiness Screening. There will be a $50.00 fee for this screening. Elementary and Middle School Students: Upon submission of application, applying students will have a scheduled visit of the school. At the first and second levels, this visit also includes an assessment meeting with a Teacher after school hours. Third through eighth levels will require a "shadow" day and after-school entrance testing. There will be a $50.00 fee for this testing. Upon acceptance, you will be sent an Enrollment Contract. To secure a space for your child, you must complete this Contract and return it to the school within one week of your notice of acceptance, together with a payment of 10% of the annual tuition. This payment is non-refundable, but applies toward the annual tuition. It is important you understand that upon receipt of this Contract by us, you will become responsible for the tuition for the entire school year. Please read this contract carefully, as it clearly outlines the applicant’s responsibilities.
