She has AMS certification (3-6); an Associate's Degree (Early Childhood), Cincinnati State College; and a CDA (ECE). Prior to coming to MAC, Theresa worked as a Montessori teacher in another Montessori school for five years. Becky Schweier, Preprimary Extended Care. This will be Becky's third year with us. She completed her studies at the Christ Hospital (associated with Xavier University). She had been a fulltime Mom and in-home childcare provider for nine years before joining us.   Afternoon Extended Care Cassandra Nostrant, Preprimary Extended Care. Cassandra has a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati.  This is her second year at MAC. Joni Carlson, Preprimary Extended Care.  Child Development Associate (Early Childhood Education).  This will be Joni’s first year working at MAC.  She brings 15 years combined experience working with young children at The Children’s Center and The Child’s Place (owned by the Elder family).  She taught in both the Constructivist and Montessori Programs.   Lunchroom Workers Joni Carlson has been with MAC since 2009. Karla Starrett has been with MAC since 2007. Sheryl Junkerman has been with MAC since 2008. Back to Top
