Elementary Teachers

Lower Elementary I

Beth Taylor, M.Ed. (Montessori Education), Xavier University. This is Beth's eighteenth year with us. She holds State of Ohio Teaching Certification Pre-Kindergarten and K-3 and American Montessori Society Preprimary (3-6) and (6-9) Certification. This is her eighth year in our Lower Elementary Program.

Lori Pathak, AMS Montessori Elementary I Teaching Credential (6-9), Xavier University Montessori Institute. She currently is attending Xavier University Montessori Institute to earn her Masters in Montessori Education and her State of Ohio Teaching License in Elementary Education (PK-3). Lori received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington (Communications). This is her first year as part of MAC's staff, but she has spent many hours observing and presenting lessons in our Lower Elementary classroom.

Claire Dickmann, BA (Sociology), University of Cincinnati. Claire has her AMS 6-12 Certification and is enrolled in the Master's Program at Xavier University. This is her first year teaching at MAC. She worked at a Montessori School in the area for the past two years.

Lower Elementary II

Regina Froehle, M.Ed. (Montessori Education) from Xavier University; BS (Biology, Chemistry, Math, Education and Horticulture) from the University of Cincinnati. She taught for two years in the Cincinnati Public School system. This is Regina's seventh year with Montessori Academy.

Michelle Blake, BS (Montessori Education), Xavier University. Michelle is beginning her fourth year at MAC. The first three years here, she taught in Upper Elementary. She is pleased to return to the Lower Elementary classroom, where she interned before joining our staff.

Upper Elementary

Amy Weller, BS (Montessori Education), Xavier University. Amy holds a State of Ohio Teaching Certificate and AMS Certifications (6-9 and 9-12). This is Amy’s fourteenth year with us; she had six years Montessori teaching experience prior to joining us. She is the parent of a MAC student.

Liz Walsh, BS (Montessori Education), Xavier University. Liz has a 6-9 and 9-12 AMS Certification, a State of Ohio License, and is currently working on her Master's at Xavier. This is her second year working at MAC in the Upper Elementary classroom. She brings five years of teaching experience from both lower and upper elementary classrooms.
